Exchanges/ Returns

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email [email protected] within 30 days of the order shipment date to request an exchange. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval, or after 30 days of the order shipment date.

Additionally, Konk Apparel TCI has several licensed retailers here in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Items purchased on this website cannot be returned or exchanged at Konk Apparel TCI licensed retailers and vice versa. Promotions and other offers cannot be used by other retailers and/or their websites.



Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
